He sported a grey hoodie over a bedazzled neon green beanie. The father-of-one completed the comfortable look with long shorts, orange socks and fuzzy white boots. Earlier in the day, Bieber shared a heartbreaking post in which he admitted to feeling 'like a fraud' and 'unqualified most days' after sparking fears for his health with his disheveled appearance and smoking a bong on social media.
