A Costco shopper took to social media after an interaction at the self-checkout took an unexpectedly sour turn. In a Reddit post, a customer complained that an employee assumed control of the register after they brought 20 items to the self-checkout. 'My store doesn't have a posted item limit, so I figured it was okay,' the shopper said. But the Costco worker reportedly said the store had set the limit at the 'manager's discretion.
