An iconic 'picture perfect' home in Brooklyn is on the market for $2.3million after being featured in over 100 commercials and TV shows. The property's television debut began after the homeowners, Jason and Crystal Marks, received a letter asking for permission to shoot in their home. 'Someone slid a note through our mailbox, it said 'your house would be perfect for this commercial we are shooting', so we gave them a call and we did the first one and then I reached out to other location managers, just through research online,' Crystal told ABC 7.
