As Los Angeles police began shutting down celebrations in the aftermath of the Dodgers' World Series victory, one man covered in body paint was able to evade police capture. A man who was covered head-to-toe in blue paint - appearing to wear nothing but underwear - was seen scrawling out a victory message on a Los Angeles sidewalk as police approached him. The message was innocuous ('LA Champs') but police sought order as the city went wild with celebration after defeating the New York Yankees for their eighth world championship.
